Boundaries: Protecting What We Value

For both partners and addicts, the topic of “boundaries” is foundational in recovery.  In the video below, Troy Love, LCSW, explains the concept of boundaries in a simple yet effective manner. May we all learn to care for ourselves by setting and maintaining healthy boundaries. In doing so, we will more effectively protect something of great value: ourselves.
