Am I Codependent or Connected?

Since sexual addiction is an intimacy disorder, successful recovery necessitates learning to connect with oneself and others. Despite enormous difficulties, I have seen seemingly ruined relationships repaired. It is possible for many, even after betrayal, but it requires lots of work and guidance. For couples on this recovery journey, I recommend the article “How Fear of Codependency Can Backfire” by Dr Regier, a skilled Emotion-Focused Therapist. May it guide those seeking deeper healing and connection.
