What if the key to profound power, productivity, and performance was our efficiency in  relaxing, resting, and recharging? This concept is both counter-intuitive and counter-cultural. The popular path is laden with distraction. We chase cortisol. We cut sleep. We  burn out.

But the following two videos present principles of rejuvenation that can drastically transform our efforts to excel and pursue worthy goals. Whether we are on the road of recovery or seeking others successes, these videos contain valuable gems of wisdom. May all of us in pursuit of our purpose take action on this information, knowing that our investment in ourselves will not only help us work better but will also fuel us for making the changes that matter most.
